Norma from Consumer
Affairs called in...
An offer has
been made! The offer of $60 has now been offered. (or has it???)
As expected,
there is a catch to the offer. If you haven't seen the page on 'bad
faith negotiating tactics' please take a moment to view
it. It's is very informative.
Like I was saying.
If I want the money that has been due to me right from the start
I must go back to the store to get it
As usual, Just
Tires is not able (or capable) of giving the customer what he deserves!
Once again, Just tires falls short of doing the right thing. If
I had a Store Manager like this working for me that is not able
or capable of doing the right thing, I would have no choice but
to send them to a Empathy
Training Seminar.
Let's keep in
mind it is not the Store Manager's fault. If Just Tires doesn't
have real 'customer service oriented' manager's, it's probably because
they can't afford them! Customer Service is something you DO and
not just talk about. We'll so far we can see Just Tires is just
"talking the talk and not walking the walk".
As I have said
on past pages, it appears that this is just another time wasting
tactic that people use while negotiating in bad faith. To prove
it, can you see how much time the store manager has wasted by calling
myself, the consumer affairs, discussing with employees, discussing
with the district manager, discussing with other Just Tires outlets,
and others...
If I were Charles
Dorsey [(714) 826-5550], and I weren't trusted with making a sixty
dollar decision, I would have taken it right out of my own pocket
a long time ago and paid the customer! Wouldn't you?
